At Falcon House, our philosophy of care revolves around individuals. With a reputation for providing excellent care in a safe and homely environment in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, we always strive to afford residents the comfort, privacy, and dignity that they deserve. 

Comfort

Residents’ needs and care plans are assessed constantly to ensure we deliver the very highest standard of care and comfort for everyone. All care staff and ancillary staff are trained professionals who are friendly, kind and sensitive in their delivery of care plans.

Dignity

Personal independence is actively encouraged so that residents are able to adapt to their daily routine with minimal disruption.  With input from relatives and friends, we allow residents a great deal of flexibility while staying with us.  

Privacy

Every resident has their own bedroom and en suite facility.  We encourage communal dining but can serve meals within rooms together with a range of social activities.  We will always respect every resident’s right to choose whether or not they wish to participate with others.  As part of our flexible approach, all our residents are entitled to their privacy.
